Staff Recommendation Form for Student Ambassadors

All Student Ambassador applicants must request an ETHS staff recommendation. In addition to requesting a staff member for the recommendation directly, the Student Ambassador applicant must email the staff member a link to this form, and confirm with the staff member that they have submitted the form by the due date.
